Healthy Hot Chocolate


Can hot chocolate be healthy? Yes! This is my absolute favorite recipe using this chocolate drink mix that I'm absolutely obsessed with. It only has 50 calories and 7 grams of sugar. Reishi mushroom extract adds a powerful punch to help enhance the strengthen the immune system, reduce stress, improve sleep, and lessen fatigue.


My daughter and I love to drink this before bed. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!


Cinnamon Hot Chocolate


1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage or almond milk

1 servings of Health Hot Chocolate

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Dash of ginger


Bring coconut milk and hot chocolate mix to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat, wisking frequently. Add cinnamon and ginger before serving. Serve immediately.
